Established in 2005, the Lane group of businesses started as a mortgage broker firm, now called Parker Lane. As we did then and still do today, our speciality in construction finance saw us partner with major builders and developers like Stockland Residential and Dennis Family Homes in order to help their customers achieve home ownership. 

In 2006 we commenced the house package business as Package Central, later expanding our scope to land and project sales under Oneland Estates. Package Central helped hundreds of customers of builders like NSW major builder, Allworth Homes, bring the process of buying land and homes closer together in a simplified format. Our land arm, Oneland Estates worked on the other side, helping land developers reach a broader market of potential new homeowners. 

As a business, we first figured out how to help people into new homes even before we sold land. It’s what sets us apart even now and means we know what really matters to our customers. In late 2016 we consolidated our property group into one brand, Marion Lane, with one simple promise - exceptional homes, effortless process and unbeatable value.

The Marion Lane 'Residences' program is changing the way builders and developers engage their customers throughout the journey; enriching the experience of new home or investment ownership; and improving value for everyone involved.
